Arizona’s 21st legislative district contains parts of the cities of Glendale, Peoria, and Sun City. It is one of the smallest districts at 64.25 square miles and slightly smaller than Washington, DC. The district is 99.90 percent urban covering 88.64 percent of its land area and 0.10 percent rural covering 11.36 percent of its land area.
